• You understand Black Hat Pixels functions as a print-on-demand service—not a publisher, licensor, or endorser of submitted content

3. No Affiliation or Endorsement

Unless explicitly stated, Black Hat Pixels is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, celebrity, brand, label, or cultural entity featured in our designs. Any names, likenesses, or references are used for artistic, descriptive, or parody purposes only.

4. Product & Service Terms

Made-to-Order: All products are custom printed upon order placement. Processing times may vary based on design complexity and order volume.

Quality Standards: We maintain high standards for all printed materials, but variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to the custom nature of our products.

Order Modifications: Changes to orders may not be possible once production has begun. Contact us immediately if modifications are needed.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer-submitted designs and personal data are kept confidential and used solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Legal disputes, takedown requests, or actions tied to printed designs

Responsibility for submitted content rests entirely with the customer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Hat Pixels, The Legacy LLC, and their respective owners, affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of third-party intellectual property
• Violations caused by your submitted content
• Breach of any warranties made in this disclaimer

8. Returns & Refunds
